The apartment has a separate spacious and fitted kitchen with 2 large windows and offers a stove/oven, refrigerator with freezing compartment, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle as well as a small table with chairs.
Here you find everything the cook heart desires!
The bright bath is modern and well-furnished with a shower on ground level, and offers you enough place. A wash basin with a under cabinet, a hair dryer and a large cosmetics mirror are at your disposal.
The cosy living area with the large windows is equipped with two comfortable armchairs and a coffee table with view to the balcony. The sleeping area is equipped with a high comfortable bed as well as a radio clock. A large wardrobe with sliding doors offers you much place.
You find most modern technical entertainment like a Philips flat-screen with satellite television and 22 transmitters, a Grundig HiFi music centre with radio, CD player, USB interface to attaching an MP3-Players or a USB MEMORY stick and a possibility for the use of a SD or MMC memory card. A DVD player is also at your disposal.
In the separate entrance area is a wardrobe with a complete body mirror and a generous box room. Further an iron and an ironing board are at your disposal.
All doors of the apartment „Rosenweg “are bright and fits to the bright floor mat.
There is a free bicycle parking area in the basement.
